Falls Road Funding, LLC ("FRF") is the current owner of the historic Inn at Buck Hill Falls, together with an adjoining tract of land of approximately 134 acres. FRF is seeking an investor and/or investors for the Inn interested in restoring the historically-significant portions thereof to their former grandeur. In addition, FRF is seeking a residential homebuilder (or homebuilders) interested in building new single family and townhomes on the property that are compatible with and complimentary to the shingle-style architecture evidenced in the original "cottages" of Buck Hill Falls.
