FRF has successfully subdivided the Inn Parcel to allow for the redevelopment of the site in two phases, the first of which will consist of the renovation of the former "New West Wing" into a boutique hotel (see architect's rendering on left). The second phase will consist of the renovation of portions of the historic sections of the Inn (see architect's rendering at bottom left). In order to move forward with the eventual renovation of the New West Wing into a boutique hotel, FRF has conveyed that parcel to an affiliated entity, Piney Road Development, LLC ("PRD"), which will be the developer of the site. For information on PRD or its plans to renovate the New West Wing, please contact either Vince Keegan or Jim Maclin, the principals of PRD.

In addition to the above, FRF's pending plans include the creation of an initial subdivision along both sides of Golf Drive that would result in nine (9) single-family building lots of approximately one (1) acre each and a ten (10) acre parcel to house the equestrian center for the community. For information on this initial subdivision, please contact Vince Keegan.
