Falls Road Funding, LLC ("FRF") is the current owner of the historic Inn at Buck Hill Falls, together with an adjoining tract of land of approximately 134 acres. FRF is seeking a purchaser for the Inn interested in restoring the historically-significant portions thereof to their former grandeur and creating luxury residential condominiums therein. In addition, FRF is seeking a residential homebuilder (or homebuilders) interested in building new single family and townhomes on the property that are compatible with and complimentary to the shingle-style architecture evidenced in the original "cottages" of Buck Hill Falls.
