FRF has prepared some preliminary plans whereby the historic portions of the Inn would be converted into condominiums, the "New West Wing" converted into apartments and the remaining property subdivided into single-family and townhouse lots. While all such plans are preliminary and subject to approval by appropriate governmental authorities, we believe that they underscore the redevelopment potential of this unique property. FRF, though its real estate broker, Davis R. Chant, is currently seeking offers for the purchase of the property or portions thereof.
